We raised in excess of £1,000 for our chosen charity – Wales Air Ambulance.
We were able to raise $3700 TTD for our charities - Operation Bag Pack and the Rotart Club of San Fernando South - both of which are targeting underprivileged children in our society and seeking to provide more equal education opportunities for them.
The mission for this event is to lend a helping hand to light up the lives of the less fortune by contributing the collected fund to nonprofit organizations such as Women Center For Change Penang (WCC) - for single mothers, and Children Protection Society – for children being abused.
We raised close to $200.00 worth the bracelets sold. I had Beads for Life bracelets from Uganda available for purchase with proceeds going to Beads for Life. We also each brought a food item for Feed Nova Scotia and gathered 25 kg in total to donate.
